    Default Servo drive rack

    Hi all

I am tracking down an issue I am having on my Y axis on my MD3.

I need to swap the X and Y amp. Can someone tell me which card it is?

    Here is a picture

    The order there is L - R
    Fault logic
    X
    Y
    Z
Aux bridge and expand (these boost the Z)

Bloke- I switched the x and y. The axis starts driving as soon as it is powered up.

When the servo was swapped, the problem followed the amp.

    Can these amps be repaired?

Can the md3 be converted to a max 32?

    Hi.
Yes, the amps can be repaired but the transistors were hard to find.
I can't remember if the MD3 was in the list of machines that could be converted.

Bloke. I found a drive. Do you know if this can be converted to a max 32. I have had one person say yes, one say no. You are the expert.
