    Question Hurco KM 3

The solenoid that controls the air brake cylinder has three wires to it a red, a white and a green, I think. It is 110 volts. How do I hook it up to activate. I am doing a retro on my Herco. I need to power up the solenoid to lock the spindle for tool change. Thanks for your help.

Assuming 110vac normal convention would be
    red is the hot leg
    white is neutral
    green is ground.

    Dave,

What Rick says sounds right. I'll look at mine to make sure, but Rick has it correct.
