    Machine will not Calibrate.

When I turn on my machine and ask it to calibrate the cycle start light will not light up and machine will not calibrate. I can get the atc to calibrate in the atc menu, but not the axis. I can also manually move all the axis. Problem started after I had a crash due to Proximity switch failure. I replaced the prox switch. Now the machine will not calibrate. I tried resetting the servos with no success. Any Ideas?

    Machine doesn't calibrate

    Hey kphurco,

I have more or less the same problem on my (B)MC-10. Bought the machine a month ago, according to the latest servicerapport it counted a 1000 hours since 2003 so it did not run much the last 10 years.
Put some work in it and so far the axis move manually, ATC calibrates, spindle runs in low gear aso.
But I can't calibrate the 3 axis, Z goes up, touches the switch, comes down a little bit and that's it, X and Y won't move.

    Who can help....? Thanks ;-)
