    diskette drive

    Hi Guys,

    BMC 20 Ultimax 3 1993 model.

Switched the machine on today and it booted up ok but I got this message on screen during the boot process.

    Diskette Drive 0 Seek Failure
Invalid Configuration Information-Please Run Setup Program

The machine moves and I can load programs in etc. The only thing I notice different is that it's now gone to a "Monochrome" display, whereas before it was a "Colour" display.

    Any Help.

    Ok, fixed it now.

The power cable to the floppy drive had popped off. I'd been giving the machine a good clean up and I can only guess it happened when I spun the pendant round a bit.

    Nevermind, all sorted.
