Which axis had the fault LED appear?
Have you checked the plug on the Y axis motor for oil?
It sounds like you have a bad motor.

hello, the 3 axis have the same fault LED. At the same time. But on the screen, I can have only "X" or "X , Y", or "Y , Z".

When I'm writing, the error appears, on the 3 axis, the H5m is in manual mode, and don't move??????? is there a ghost in the control cabinet??

If you have the same fault on all three axes, check the supply to the boards in the Servo Dynamics and the rectifier stage.

thanks BLOKE for your advices. But for today, I stop. I'll use my conventionnal milling machine.

If not I'll be tempted to go to search tires and transport pallet, burning my HURCO for cooking "diots" (french sausages).

Seriously, they're a lot of oil into X and y axis connectors motor side and control cabinet side. I clean then.

When I do home returns, they're no problems of loosing positions (5000mm/min)
Excepted now, I think I have a wire disconnected into X motor connector. X don't move.

From home return position to start program position, X and Y movement, I program rapid feed at 200mm/min, Y axis load is about 15-20%. Other x and z nothing.

When Z axis goes to start program position, it could give a pursuit error Y,Z.
If not, the first square is mill, Z axis goes to Z0 level, and at the beginning of the next peck deep, Y,Z pursuit error.

I send an image of the servo boards, where is the GAN trigger?

    thanks a lot!!

It's marked either GAN or CMP.
