Did you have a look at the back of your machine inside the cabinet you are supposed to have a cd there with the manual on it?

Just hit "Help" button on the controller. All user manuals are included in WinMax.

The WinMax manual is on the control in .pdf format. Copy it to a thumb drive and print it out if you want a hard copy.
