Little help here
Our shop has a Hurco Hawk 5M, and ever since somebody came by and just shut it off with the knife disconnect(did not bother to make sure machine was parked, or shut the machine power switch off first) the servos will not come on. I have checked all the fuses(with ohm meter), and they are ok. Where do I look next to verify that the boards, are not toast? Where can I get wire diagrams for this machine cheap(or better than that free)?
TIA

Depending on the version, there may be two 1 1/4" fuses on the servo chassis. Sometimes these can get hidden if the wiring is disturbed around them.
It may also be that the solid state relay that switches the servo power on is U/S. Can you take a picture of the servo chassis and post it so I can see the layout and version you have?
Another possible is if the rectifier assy is shot. It's on the servo chassis and has four diodes on it interconnected with black and red wires.
