    KM 3 start up problem

I have a Hurco KM 3 mill that was working fine. It has been shut off for a while and now upon restarting the mill it won't restart. When power comes on, it goes through the start up routine and stops at the machine configuration screen. Pressin exit will not do anything. I have pressed the manual button and then the power button then then start but nothing happens. pressing the power button makes the relay in the power cabinet energise but it will not latch in. Also upon startup the lights in the pushbuttons won't work at first but the longer you let the machine run, eventually they will start working. Any help?

Thanks bloke, this fixed the initial problem but now I have a new one. After rebooting the controller I am able to get to the part program screen. I get the following message. "Axis not calibrated Servo fault on Z" Depress manual mode, power, reset servos, and start. When I do this nothing happens. The controller seems to go to manual mode, the light on the console lights, pressing the power will energize the k4 & k8 relays on the relay board in the cabinet, and pressing the start relay will energize the k5 relay but nothing will latch and stay on. There seems to be no power on the servos. There are leds on the far left board in the cabinet and the +12 and -12 leds are lit. The other 3 boards have no leds lit. any thoughts.

Sorry for the delay in posting back. Is the fan running on the servo chassis and are the two fuses ok on the fault logic board (the one with the four yellow and four green LEDs)?
