Hello I had the pleasure of working the other Saturday at my shop and would like to share what I accomplished The list: 10 parts total (all from Cold Rolled Steel) Four different prints 13 Tools to setup 3/8 spot .205 drill 1/4-20 tap .265 drill 5/16-18 tap .313 drill 3/8-16 tap .359 drill .376 Ream 1/4 Carbide EM finisher 1/2 Carbide Rougher (Garr VRX) 1/2 Carbide EM Finisher 2" Face 11 different setups/programs One mill setup/programmer/operator Two 6 inch Vises (already set up) All material precut One Hurco VMX 42 with Ultimax 4 control Six hours I though it was a good day overall.
