HSMWorks Training Videos Now Available

Fundamentals of CNC Machining is a CNC training course that I developed with Al Whatmough. It includes printed documentation, project files, HSMWorks videos and basic SolidWorks training videos. If you’ve ever seen Al’s work he does a very good job.

Right now the videos are 2D Milling only. Turning and 3D Milling videos will be released later this year and buyers will be provided free updates.

This course is appropriate if you are just getting started with HSMWorks. It is especially useful for people that are new to CNC machining and those without traditional machining background including engineers, engineering students and innovators.

For educators there is a complete Curriculum available that includes PowerPoint presentations, Lesson Guides, assessments and grading rubrics. Everything is included to conduct a course or lab in “Fundamentals of CNC Machining” or introduce CNC as part of a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) course. Use it as part of a formal lecture/lab course or independent study.
