Hi I have a mill with 3 axis pro board,(Hobbycnc) the mill worked great 4 years ago after moving and atorage and rebuild - now I only get Y axes to work right X Axis : No movement but it locks up I have the 3A steppers on the masjine so the motor setting on the board should be set to 0.42v but if set to maksimum - I only get 0.23v - Both Y and Z axis are set to 0.42v The question is - why only 0.23v and is this why X dont move The 5v test gives 5.03v Z Axis : Moves only in one direction does not matter if Mach 3 are told to move up or down Z just move up Is this becouse of above problem with X or is this something else Using mach 3 EPP printer port Mach3 are set pin 3 = x step, 2 = x dir 5 = y step 4= y dir 7 = z step 6 = z dir Please help |
