Hi all, 2 years ago I bought this cnc foamcutter.(http://www.cnc-multitool.com) I didn't spend much time on it, untill l few months ago. I know the controller is the 4 axes chopperboard from hobbycnc. I wanted to use the GMFC software so I had to buy and assemble the additional Auto Heat and Timer Board Kit So far everything went find, and everything seems to work ok. Problem is, when I'm cutting larger pieces, the machine just suddenly stops in de middle of a project. (mostly like after half an hour, yes a know, I cut large pieces ;-) When I switch off and on the chopperboard (not the timer Board) it nicely continuous the project (untill the machine stops again) When I switch off and on the timer Board (after it stops) the machine also continuous, but first at full speed (like 5 seconds) and then it continuous at the configured speed for this project. I use an old Pentuim2 350 mHz pc for cutting. I don't know where to start, solving this problem. Anyone can help ? |
