I've built the controller board. The 5v is checking fine, the vref on the x,y, and z are all set to where they need to be. When I power up the controller the steppers hiss and lock like they should. In mach3 I have set all the pinouts to the appropriate ones for this controller. When I attempt to Jog the motors don't do anything. They stay locked and hiss at me. No movement at all. I have decreased the velocity and acceleration to 40 and 1 respectively. I've kept the 2000 steps per default setting for now. Any suggestions as to what may be going wrong. I'm not 100% satisfied I'm even getting the signal from the computer to the controller. I do have the proper cable I know, but not sure if something may be set up wrong with the port itself? Thanks a bunch, -Kevin |

| When you press the jog keys, do the DRO's change? If not, then the jog keys are not assigned. You can fix that with Config>Hotkeys. If the DRO's do move, and nothing happens when you try to jog, then you most likely have one or more of the following issues. Bad cable Incorrect port address Incorrect port # assigned to the pins.
