I want to add an encoder to my machine to allow touching off of tools. I'm using a 4 AUPC REV. 2 board and have a HEDS 5701 two channel encoder. Searched high and low and can't find anything on how to wire the encoder to the board. The encoder has channel A and B terminals plus 5V+ and ground terminals. I have the encoder data sheet.  |
