any plans available or build logs of hobbycnc controllers?

Anyone here at the zone or on the web document building a hobbycnc based controller? I've yet to see anything but brief photos of some pretty awesome diy controllers and pendants. Looking for plans, even for purchase, or build logs. Any info is appreciated. I will post on the gecko forum as well for the same interest but wanted to try here too.
