Sound advice, right across the board, and VERY much appreciated. It sounds like YOU'RE the one that has the "good grip on things"!
One thing I've been quite aware of, is the need to "Polish" up my website. Polish reminds me of the word that best describes my site, "Pathetic" )-::
I curse the idiot that designed the 24 hour day. How did he, (or she), expect anybody to get anything done in THAT amount of time! I do have a young man in mind to build my site, who's work is very impressive. Although just a "Kid", by my standards, he's gotten quite a good reputation, and an impressive local client list, in a short amount of time. All of his sites that I've viewed, incorporate the features that you have mentioned. As he's still invested in building his business and reputation, he's still very affordable. BUT, I better not plan on THAT for too much longer by the looks of things.
Something that I've been wondering about, is how to get "Brought up", by a search. You've answered that, also. Thanks again! I never really fooled myself into thinking that this would be something that came for free, so have been prepared to pay, all along. The problem that I'd just LOVE to have to deal with, is selling 20 units in one day. I'll take all of those problems I can get!
Thank you for all of the time you've spent in sharing your business acumen. It has been very helpful, and MUCH appreciated!
    All the best!
    Mike Beck

    Outside the US no problem

Thank you for bringing this up!
For those living outside the US, the controller uses a DUAL voltage transformer that works from 120 OR 240 volts. This is mentioned at www.mikebeck.org . I ship all controllers that require it, wired for 240 volts. It is very easily re-wired for 120 volts, and I include the wiring diagram to wire it either way. A selector switch to switch back and forth between 120 and 240 volts is also available.
The cutter is available in both voltages, but sometimes the 240 volt model is on back-order.
    All the best!
