    Hobbycnc controller

    Hi Gang
My first router has a hobby cnc controller( at least 2 years old) based on the 5804 ic and I need the pinout or schematic for it.
Does anyone have a copy of the schematic. It's too difficult trying to trace the pinouts 'cause I have it hardwired into the box.
Is Dean of Hobby cnc the same as Dean of Axxus?
    Thanks..............Jim

    Hi Jim

It was Deans Hobby CNC before he changed it to Axxus Technology a couple of years ago.

One more thing I'm looking for is a schematic for a parallel port breakout board similar to the one Axxus has.
If anyone knows where I can find one please let me know........................Thanks again...Jim

EAS has a breakout board for $5.00 (bare).
    http://www.embeddedtronics.com/

Go to the "Microstep" then select "breakout board".

They show the schematic but for $5.00, I baught it. The parts list is shown which shows the DigiKey PN, for convience. Or you could buy the on board connectors from a good electrical supply. They don't sell a populated board.
    Hope this helps.
