Hey - the guy bought the motor from another supplier and then demanded that Dave give him the motor info?

It's fair to buy from whoever you please but don't go to a forum and flame a manufacturer for not giving info on something he didn't sell you?

The buyer chose to save money but it appears he doesn't know what he is doing (if he can't figure out a stepper motor lead diagram). If you don't know what you are doing, it might pay to not buy off the discount rack.

Not my point:

1) Guy asks for help.
2) If you can help, help the guy.
3) If you can't or don't want to, don't.
4) If you can help but he didn't ask nice, mention it after you help.

As an often "Involved Customer", I'd like to see added to #3; "Tell him why and close the issue."
