I answered all my own questions. Let other's learn from my good-natured foolishness though - read through and plan out your configuration thoroughly before buying stuff. Any question can be (and probably has been) answered on these forums. Last edited by mechsiah; 09-25-2005 at 01:36 AM. |

| Put simply "Mechsiah does not read instructions". I purchased bipolar motors (4 wire) and then a hobbycnc board. I have been made wise by my error- and I learned a lot about soldering and electronics, so I don't consider it a waste. Out of curiosity, do you have plans for a bipolar model in the future? Is there something that makes a unipolar/bipolar hybrid more difficult or expensive? |

| steppers dont seem to depreciate a great deal on ebay, you can always sell the motors. im not sure why refrain from product development. You see very often on manufactureres website "The new ............, available in november" |
