Anyone know what is the pin that is used for running the Auto Heat Control? The instructions don't say. I'm using foamworks software BTW.

Autoheat control is not usable with foamworks.
Page 3 of the assembly instructions have what you seek under the section labeled:

"Interfacing with the printer port"

Parallel Port Pinouts
are as follows:
2=LY dir
3=LY step
4=LX dir
5=LX step
6=RY dir
7=RY step
8=RX dir
9=RX step
10=Timer
11=Heat Feedback
12=Auto/Man Heat Control
16=Heat
18-25= Ground
All others are not connected
