I need a 4 axis driver board, and both "brands" have them, the tb6560 can get for $80 while the hobbycnc pro 4axis is $104... But, the Hobbycnc requires you to solder it yourself... which one would be better??...the TB6560 is straight from hongkong... is that bad??? like, cheap boards and bad quality??? | Some people have had problems with the cheap TB6560 boards, while others have done all right. You may want to take a look at the following thread: http://www.cnczone.com/forums/genera...y_chinese.html |

| well, i guess i'll go with the (hopefully) american made HobbyCNC Pro Driver... Had already planned on getting it before i had found this chinese one. I'm new to cnc and i dont want to take the risk of getting a problem controller. |

I am using a TB6560 and have had no issues with it at all. My plans are to make a similar board using better quality electronics. If all it cost is $20 more for the better board then why not go for the better board and have a college student solder it for you. |

I am using a 4-axis driver, three of which are connected at all times and the 4th has been tested and will be used for a turn table and a mini lathe attachment that I am currently working on the design. |
