| Hi all, Just wanted to know, if i add another driver chip and same components as the other 3 axis on my hobby cnc board will this make it a four axis board, or is there any other chips or resistors etc.., that have to be changed in order to run 4 motors from the board, Also can i run 2 motors to a seperate axis each on the board, but have the 2 motors on the one axis on the x axis of my router, and how can i send the same step and dir to the two motors. Cheers in advance guys for any response, very appreciated. |

Yes you can...don't recommend it as they will "fight" each other. Just get a more powerful stepper! Dave Rigotti HobbyCNC.com |
