I’m using mach3 with hobbycnc board. I have the 23/205 steppers from hobbycnc and sometimes the motor do a strange noice and don’t move for like 1 sec or micro sec while running a program. That is a huge problem because is damaging my work. I believe is the setup I use on the Speed/Acceleration. Right now I have: Vel=10 and acc = 2.5 And stills do the same thing but not that often Is there any recommended Vel/Acc for those steppers? I check my table and is moving really good + I put grease on all the guides and screws. Thanks for the help, Jose |

| What voltage, what drives, and what screws are you using?
