Default Hobby Cnc pro board Outputs

    Hello Everyone,

I'm new to the forum and new to the CNC world. I've built a CNC router and it runs pretty good. I'm still teaching myself Mach 3 as well as my drawing software. I do have a few questions. But for now I will only ask one. I'm at the point now where I want it more automated (ie spindle and vacuum on and off with g code). I've been searching for days to find the "right" answer to my question. I'm hoping I will get it here. It is regarding outputs on a Hobby CNC pro board. I realize now that there are not any. I would like to control router and vacuum from mach 3. I built a relay box with two SSR's I just need a signal now. I did come across a relay board from cnc4pc.com. What is the best solution to this problem? I did already ask this question in a general forum unaware there was a forum specific for hobby cnc.

    Thanks,
    Keith

    Hi Keith,

On the Hobbycnc Pro board pins 1,14,16,17 are available to control SSRs for spindles and vacuum tables and what ever. Hope this helps.

    Charlie
