making paintball marker part need help

ok im making the bolt (the green part that is moving)

Just wanted to clear it up.

has 200psi running the bolt and propelin the paintball

anyways im looking for a good material that i can make them out of

i have it drawen in desighed already.

Just need a good material to make them out of.

I was thinking derlin or something alot but there so many choices need help to narrow it down.

I was hoping for something terflon imbedded. Any help would be great and links to buy the material

Delrin is probably your best choice. Lots of guys build their high speed bolts from Delrin [I think that's what my A5 has]Fwiw.. I'm not sure how long the o-rings are going to last [I see two locations that are suspect]. The one on the end of the 'prong' that goes down the center and the first oring from the right end of the bolt. They both are 'interupted contact' in operation. In my experiance.. anything like that lasts about two cycles before it dies.. but then maybe I'm missing something?
