    Hey Michael,

When you say cheap, how cheap do you mean.
Great machine for something like that would be the robodrill mate, IMO
Don't think its what your after but would be a great machine to have at home. Think its about $38K

Verrry impressed with the Knuckles, great work!
Is this design/IGES file avaliable for purchase or free to a good home.
    cheers

Cheap and good are at odds with eachother. A Tormach PCNC 1100 is capable of not only cutting out the material you make those from, but has the precision to do the fine engraving as well.

    $7480 for the machine www.tormach.com

I'd look into a benchtop mill. I personally have a Taig CNC and haven't looked back since first getting it running. Pretty much any benchtop mill will be able to handle something of that size/complexity.

I think this Table top CNC Machine (CNC BARON) will help you to make brass knuckles easily.

This is called CNC Baron and it is about $6.5k .

You don't need an expensive machine to make brass knuckles. Here is some aluminum knuckles I made for my friend that just got back from Iraq. This was made on my homemade cnc router. The spindle is a hitachi router. Not too bad.

I make these, they are laser cut out of 5/6mm anything you want...

Get a Little CNC and you could pump them out by the 1000's.
