    building 5 axis head

    Hi,
i am building my own 5 axis cnc and i have just finished the electronics part of the project (wiring a 5 axis controller). And i am now looking to build or buy the 2 axis rotary head. i would like to do something like rainnea but i need cad files, pictures of the "guts" or technical drawings of a similar system.
it seems difficult to find any info on how to build your own 5axis head, so please post any info, links, photos, etc so we can create a thread with as much info on 5 axis heads as possible.
    thanks
    rick

He is moving and the contact page is all that works, but he will answer your email.

Here is a link to the head machining a """very""" heavy cut on a wooden pineapple. If it will do this, it's heavy enough for my work!
