| Well think this thru... You will need to send out both impellors for balancing - Remember turbos turn upwards of 100,000 RPM. Finding proper bearings and routing a cool oil supply line to keep them happy... Building a single turbo... it can be done... but I doubt you have $15K to $40K for the R&D and multible prototypes it will take to get a workable unit. (this assumes you allready own all the needed machinery and skills to do the job) Junkyard, ebay etc - these are the simple and cost effective methods. |
