Does anyone have a boat hull design. I am interested in making a mold for fiberglassing a RC boat. I would like a 54" or somewhere around that x 12-14" wide. Can anyone make me one of these on their machine? My machine is just too small to make something that size. My Z axis only has 3" of travel. | There are some plans available at RCM. http://www.rcmmagazine.com/store/sto...tZThmkcGY4f9Q7 You could cut the plug in slices and glue them together to get the full thickness.

| ok great. Also I am trying to cut simple circles and they look like circles in autocad and when I went to cut it on my cnc it looks like an elipticle circle what would cause that? |

| Incorrect steps per inch on one axis, or maybe backlash.

| Ok I am going to go double check that in my settings. The material is Sintra so its very easy to cut. |

| Thanks Ger21. It was in motor config. I had it set to 2000 when it should been at 1000. It cuts perfect but super slow, it is saying 3" per minute. So I think I need to adjust the velocity or such tomorrow. But for now I gotta go build them Cessna airplanes in a few hours. |
