How much eccentric it is ?

Hi,

You will find a attached drg of a bush having a eccentric hole.

Can anyone tell me that how much eccentric the ID is ? ( Identified by red colour ).

Or you can calculate by

378-229=149 / 2 = 74.5

102.50 - 74.5 = 28 you can verify by adding 46.5+28 = 74.5
