For now, I dont know anything about cnc, but I am a quick learner
I want to build something like this but much cheaper.
So, i need some plans for my project, and suggestions about parts what i need to buy.
This are the parts that i tought to buy, but i would like that you give me some suggestions, because I am a Newbie in this

Link for:

And one more question, can I make 3 axis cnc, on 5 axis driver board?

The "driver" board that you linked to is not actually designed to drive a stepper motor directly.

Rather, that board is what is usually called a "breakout board".

The function of the breakout board is to separate out the pins of the LPT port so that they can more easily be connected to stepper motor drivers for each axis (and to provide connection terminals for other output and input devices such as relay outputs and limit switch inputs).

In order to drive stepper motors from the outputs of that board, you will need a stepper driver board for each axis. There are many to choose from. This is but one example:

Easy Driver stepper motor driver

Yes, you can make use of only 3 axes of the breakout board.

Can you suggest me some driver board where i can connect stepper drives directly?
And those "stepper driver board for each axis", can you link that to me on ebay?
thank you very much!

You've got a lot to do. First off we need details. Budget, cutting speed, what's it going to cut, what accuracy/repeatability/rigidity do you want? Here's a cheap driver that you pug the motors straight into. (3 Axis CNC TB6560 Stepper Motor Driver Controller Board | eBay) Here's a power supply for that driver (DC 24V 10A Regulated Power Switch Supply Double Output | eBay) Sorry to be mean but that's a horrible choice in motors. (3 - Wantai 57BYGH633 Stepper Motors NEMA 23 3.0A 270oz | eBay) 3 of the others would've been $20 more expensive and these are 6 times more powerful. I hope you know what you're getting into. Cnc machines aren't cheap easy or fast to build and there is a lot of planning, compromising and redoing involved(unless you spend a year planning like i have then there is no redoing). Also, unless you want a pile of junk that just moves around and looks cool when you're done, don't go the cheapest possible route. I'm on my third set of stepper motors because I tried to go really cheap in the beginning. Hope this helps.

Well, my budget is very limited, but i think to spend 200$ for driver board, stepper motors, and drill. the link that you have post, about stepper motors is not good for me, because they dont shipp to my country (Croatia).
I tought to use this for engraving acrylic materials...
I hope this help...
