Need Help!- CNC designer and adviser

Hello, I'm looking for help with a project.

I have some special keyboards which needs a housing.

I need someone who can help me as follows:
1. Tell me the cost of getting a design done
2. Advise me what materials are suitable
3. Help me choose a shop for the production
4. Estimate costs for production and materials.

The 25 keyboards will be sold on eBay, so,
there is a budget available, but its not large.

There's also a picture of an existing housing, which does not work well.
This will be a new housing to fix the deficiencies of the previous case.
(I will explain the deficiencies in detail later)

Hi man, the keyboard housing can be designed and work out, the CNC router machine will do this easily if you give the correct size of keyboard. For the other questions, some more experiential man will give good suggestions.
