A bench vice and soft mallet would do the job for you.
Hi Everyone,
I would like to execute a small job and I don't seem to be able to find a shop to execute it...
I would like to build 2 aluminum brackets for a skateboard and would like
to know if you could execute that and at what price.
Basically I need 2 brackets
1) 2.5"x0.25"x11" with a 10deg angle bent
2) 2.5"x0.25"x13" with a double bend of about 40deg and 45deg

The pictures show a skateboard with the brackets. Thats basically what I would like to achieve. Angles don't have to be super precise.
any advise would be helpful

as I'm using 6061 T6 I needed to be careful about the angle and I also needed the bend to be symmetric.
So this is how I've done it and I'm super happy about the result. It's clean, it's safe and it only cost me about 20$ and I can reuse the clamps for tons of other projects.
Cant open up the pic. but looks good since is t6 its hard to bend . I wa sgoing to offer to come to the shop but you are faraway from me.
otherwise you can open
