I have designed a couple small parts in solidworks for a project I am working on. I need the pieces machined from aluminum or delrin / pc. I have tried getting quotes from some of these rapid prototyping online services but the prices seem high and they don't offer threaded holes or secondary operations. Can someone here please help? I am obviously offering payment. Hopefully I am not violating any forum rules here. I have attached a zip file of two of the small SW parts for testing only. I am also looking to have the product produced if the prototype works. Thanks! Alex amv@konformusa.com  |

I have attaced a zip file with both a 3d PDF and a STEP. The units are in MM. Also, I have a newer model with some of the meeting corners with .5mm fillets for the endmills cutting needs. The attached ones dont have fillets. I would like to get the parts made without fillets. thanks. |
