Hi, I have to fix 2 screws (opposite to each other) in a housing. Between these 2screws a cylinder rotates. The cylinder will perform OKAY only when there is equal pressure from both sides (screws). The problem to me how should i sense that equal pressure is given from both sides. I wish that there would be some device avaliable in market which would illuminate light after a particular preset limit is reached. Do anyone know about any such device in existence which would solve my problem.? Responses will be really really thankful. Thanks

If you google pressure sensors you'll find plenty of info to keep you busy for weeks. Thinking working this out should be fairly simple, and really easy if hydraulically actuated. Wish i could help out more, but without any info on the machine itself, or pics of its insides, its going to be impossible to suggest anything helpful.

Hey, I got to know that there are some Torque Screw Drivers in the market too. They sense the amount of torque to be applied & illuminates light when the torque is reached & avoid extra tightening of the screws. Thanks
