Hitachi Seiki 3 NE -300

My Hitachi Seiki 3 NE-300 quit feeding correctly when the program is in run mode. What ever feed I have programed it moves in .0001 increments at a time.
Anyone know what could cause this?
I deleted all the programs from memory and sent new program over and still does not work.

when you say moves in .0001 increments to you mean it is feeding as its and G01X...Z... F.0001 command no matter the Feedrate specified? Or is it stepping @ .0001 increments, but jumpy?

It is feeding in x and y but if I have a feed programed for F.010 in the program it moves at .0001 time. If I override while running it will move faster or slower.
The machine is not feeding to what I have programed in the machine.
