TH AL is thermal overload if I remember correctly on the Spindle Drive. Take a look to ensure its powered up and in the ready stage

Someone help me?


My spindle don’t work.

I have a SEIKE 5NF-800 ( Fanuc 6T-B).


I make a lot of test, like:


1) Oil reserve, its ok;
2) Sensor door is ok, tested;
3) The chuck open and closed when the pedal is pressing;
4) I disconet all communication cables inside the machine, clean whit a product to circuit board, its ok;
5) The Spindle is not FANUC, is FUJI, and i tested the board and everything ok, its working, no alarm;
6) Im tested de Power transformer; its ok;
7) Im tested the Fanuc Power Supply board, its ok, working;
8) After the main power key switch, have a automatic contactor, but its not inicialize! I made a test, and the hardware is ok; Its need to receive a command to initiate; WHERE?
9) When start the machine, everything ok, no have alarm.
10) The star button in DGN 101 bit 2 in 1/0 is ok.
11) Zero return, ok.
12) The LEDs on master board is ok, everything OFF.
13) The LED on Speed control Board is ok, two LEDs in green.
14) I made a Memory Test when initiate the machine on MODE screen, the first LED on master board blinking, the test ok;


A tip:
Before, when the machine work, and you wil go to start a program and this ok, execute. And then, at the next day, if you go to start a diferent program, the machine don’t start, you need to re-open the last program used, start, the machine work, and then change the program to use, start again and the machine go perfect. this trouble is link to a memory, directory, reorganize something????




DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION:
DGN 038, the value is 00010000 - means EMERGENCY STOP.
DGN 040, the value is 00000111, is ERRO DETECT, C02(30). I tested the cable, its perfect.

Did the TH AL Alarm go away now or is it still present?

Does the spindle drive Jog at all? If you spin by hand do you get any change in the RPM meter on the control?

Hi, first my spindle stop a two month ago. Now a have a TH AL Alarm. Spindle don’t move in any mode. Just by hand, and when I put the multimeter I see some charge. Can you help me?

TH AL is the therma overload on that Fuji Drive - there should be an LED indicator for it. Please confirm. What is the model of the Fuji Drive - is it a DSR or FSD series?

In spindle board don’t have Leds on! Just in rele board, the name of rele on is TH AL, I sow I’m manual. Below my spindle model. Thank very much for you help me!

Move the tailstock all the way forward then all the way back a few times and make sure the machine knows it's home
