What do you mean you found the trouble? What you have circled is a overload for the Motor-Starter (Magnetic Contactor) - what is wrong with it?
The problem is the contractor and magnetic contractor too, we goes to change! Do you think is different problem? Because when I change the disc position in magnetic contact the trouble off. When I change I talk to you. I’m waiting for buying.

If your machine is on and in standby that contactor should be in. It is either overloaded (hence the THAL alarm) or its dead. It does not look tripped, so if you turn it up and it works it could be dying - would be a good idea to replace both the overload and the contactor itself.
John
In this same machine, my spindle don’t move and I have a big contactor there is need to turn on. The both side of contractors coil have power! Why don’t torn on? Because if I take off and test, everything ok! Do you think is trouble in this contact???

One of your overloads is tripped - eithe OL1 OL2 or OL3 - have you checked them all, trip and reset them?

Someone have a Alarm Display List for Micon-8 ????
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Mode 29 is status of certain M Codes - Mode 28 will list any present alarms. Can you get it to mode 28
So you have no alarms in that series. Where does the machine stand currently. What can you move / not move?
You must have an overload in that series as circled on your diagram. That is triggering the THAL alarm. One of them must not be functioning. Did you replace them all?
Yes, I replace all of them! Now the oil motors is ok! I think the NC, numeric control doesn’t responde same commands. I think the outside command to the machine no work! I’m crazy with this! Help me!
