HITACHI SEIKI VM40II 1016RAM ERROR

Hi!
I have HITACHI SEIKI VM40 with SEICOS
Today morning the error 1016 RAM ERROR appears.
I have never seen such error before.
What is this?
Is ladder crushed or I need to replace the RAM memory?

what you have is a RAM error - hard alarm - will need to replace the board or have it repaired
