I am finally starting on my replacement of an Allen Bradley Control with a Mach 3 system and servo drives. The machine is a Hardinge HNC with 8 station turret. I want to use my 2HP drive motor Here is my list. Please comment and suggest anything that will reduce cost, increase reliablity, or make it easier. Mach 3 Software Geck 320Z drives CNC4PC C23 BOB Smooth Stepper Warp9 VFD Automation Direct GS2-25P0 (5 HP) Will upgrade current 2HP Motor later Power Supply Keling KL-8215 Index Pulse Card CNC4PC MPG CNC4PC X/Z motors Keling KL34-180-90 Thank you in advance for any help you all can give. |

Having only a small amount of electrical/electronic knowledge, I thought it might be smarter to use a opto-isolated board. All comments and suggestions are very welcome. |

| Lyfordln, Since the Gecko's already have built in opto isolation, I would not waste the money. Jeff...
