Need Help!- hardinge hnc with ge550 not working

As long as it is gelled, I'm OK with it. Motorcycle size should be fine. Acid near electronics is bad.

We only use that for the tool offsets though, since the U-Stor needs about 4.8V.

Gotcha, makes sense. The Ustore has batteries in it so i might just see how they work out before i replace them. The low battery light was on when i got the machine (it had been sitting for a while), and the light went out pretty quickly so i think it's holding a charge.
Have you tried uploading programs to the ustor with mastercam, and does it work ok?

Master Cam should work fine. If not, just hand load a few lines. The U-Stor will hold 10 programs.
