    1043 recirculation pressure fault

    I have a Hardinge cobra 65. Every time the machine is turned on the machine after getting it ready to start it throws this alarm 1043 Recirculation Pressure Fault .The reset button will not clear it the cancel button with the reset button at the same time does not work ,nothing will clear this alarm. Can anyone help out ????????

    hydrolic system.

    yes on that machine there is a smaller motor/pump on the hydrolic tank that is the same as the coolant pump. either the overload is triped on the relay in the elec. panel for that pump or the pump itself is bad. on the hydrolic unit in the back of the machine, there is the main motor/pump (the big one) and a smaller one to the left of it. to remove the smaller one the whole unit needs to be unbolted from the floor panel and then swong out away from the machine. *the pressure switch itself could be bad but that usually isnt the problem*
