| Hardinge HNC Good morning all. I have a retrofitted Hardinge HNC (Fagor controller) which is great. Occasionally we have trouble with the collet closer as the air feed bush is starved of oil. Lubrication is via a small diameter nylon tube inside the air operating hose. The tube is fed from an oil reservoir which is pressurised briefly every 10 minutes. The lube tube is fed via a non-return valve on the reservoir. This valve had seized and while freeing it, it seemed as if there were some missing components in the reservoir. Hardinge have only been able to supply a general drawing with a parts list. I would be very grateful if anyone could point me in the direction of a more detailed drawing and/or an explanation of the operation.    |
