we have a new hardinge su250 lathe
we would like to over ride the door switch but cant seem to succeed.
does anyone have any good ideas to turn off the switches?
it will not let you disconnect them.

I have a door switch on a cnc mill. I just applied tape over the cam roller to hold it shut all the time. The machine then thinks the actual door is still shut! You must be VERY careful not to get hurt by the moving machine of coarse!
