Hand chucker Turret exploded view?

I just picked up a Hand chucker and the turret is dis-assembled. Does anyone have an exploded view or pictures of how it works?

The handle moves and there are 2 detents but I don't see anything move to index the turret. I am wondering if there are missing parts.
