CHNC SEIMENS 810T NO DATA TRANSFER

THIS MACHINE WAS JUST PURCHASED.MACHINE OPERATED WHEN I PICKED UP.GOT IT HOME AND WIRED.
PREVIOUS OWNERS LEFT PROGRAMS IN MACHINE.HOMED MACHINE AND UPLOADED A PROGRAM,PUSH CYCLE START SPINDLE STARTS AND MACHINE GOES IN TO HOLD MODE AND I GET A MESSAGE NO DATA TRANSFER.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG.

It has been a while since I programmed ours, There a lot of reasons for that error from a simple programing error to a bad board it the control. The one I got frequently was not ending a sub routine with an M17 instead of the M99 that most controls use.

I will ask my son on Monday if there are any more progaming reasons for this error.
