Hardinge CS-51 x/z axis will not home

Just purchased a used Hardinge CS-51 with Fanuc 32-bit O-TC and had it shipped to the shop.

I cannot home it, and without it being homed I cannot start production.

The machine will not return to home position when the auto-zero key is pressed. The machine will move in the (+) position , but will not move in the (-) position unless the E-Stop Override is held. Verified all of the parameters in the provided manual, and the machine worked in the shop previous to the new one. I followed the manual homing procedure from the manual but both axis hit the physical OT position prior to reaching the home position.

Any help would be great, thanks.

Everything seems tight and secure, I removed the rear access panel and tested all the connections, wires, and dogs. Everything seems to be snug as possible.
