I have a customer who had me wire up and wants me to setup his CHNC 1 which is all functioning Good. I have written the program, and the problem I am faced with... and cannot find an answer to... after reading the 384 page manual... is how do I get it to run in Auto mode... without it stopping every time... I can get it to run by pushing "Setup" It is then in Setup mode... and it runs through my program, one block at a time. When I turn off Setup Mode by the switch, and try to run in Auto mode, it simply does not start... and I can see the Single Block button turns off single block and back on... top right of screen... but will not start and continue... What am I doing wrong? Any help will be appreciated... need to get it to run a program continuously... till the end... like it should. - Jeff |

| Thanks, No alarm... I am new to the machine, and it was a good running machine from where it was bought... so I think I just don't know something about loading a program and running it. I did figure out how to home the machine... and that works good. Each axis. X and Z. It appears the front door up, is "wire nutted"... or bypassed. Looks like the air pressure sensor was bypassed as well... The lube? Would not that give a error message, to fill it? Just wondering on that? |
