That's pretty much what I have also the 2 longest tools are my drill and cut off. I am making 2" - 2.2" parts and the drills will be right next to each other. I'll give it a try in 3 days when this job is out and I get the new one setup.

My coolant pump isn't working I can hear it when I put in the coolant on command but nothing comes out. So I am using cool mist but I don't like the cloud of cool mist in the air. Any idea of why my pump stopped working or how I should go about fixing it?

My machine is down. I have water in the air line and now my collet wont open or close or anything I don't hear anything happening when I move the switch. Some water was found in the place where that stone exhaust filter is as well. Am I screwed or do I just have to open it up and blow out the condensation?

That's strange my collet closer backwards does that mean the air lines are mixed up? M12 is open and M13 is close.

the water is comeing from your compressor. drain it every day. put 2 filter/oilers on the line that leads to your machine. this will help keep water fom getting into the machine.
yes I said 2, one wont cut it.

I installed a moisture separator / regulator that hooks into my air collet. I emptied the one at my machine twice yesterday during work hours and after every1 went home I installed a moisture separator and air dryer just after the compressor.

Hi all been away from the forum for a while. Been busy on the davenport for a few months. So I have a small problem with the coolant pump. It turns on and you can see the coolant in the tank moving or swirling but nothing is coming out. Any ideas? Is it possible the pump is wired backwards? I'm about to tear into it during the next few days but if this is a issue that is common and some1 has suggestions I'm all ears.

Coolant issue was fixed by adding more coolant.
