Hardinge HC. any CNC kits out there?

Hi All
Just acquired a Hardinge HC from a local auction house and I am hoping to convert to CNC.
Do you know of any companies or individuals that have put together a parts list or conversion
kit for this machine? Thanks in advance for any help
